This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Total Property Maintenance And Landscaping (II), with its principal place of business at 2938 Stonewall Pl, Sanford FL and the employee whose name is listed in the signature box below. WHEREAS, the Discloser intends to disclose certain confidential information ("Confidential Information") to the Recipient in connection with the purpose of performing job duties during the standard work week (Monday-Friday 7am-7pm); and WHEREAS, the Recipient agrees to hold such Confidential Information in the strictest confidence. Confidential information, includes, but is not limited to: client information, operations information, coworker information, cost and figures involved in pricing and bidding work, and other internal knowledge discussed at work. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows: Permitted Use: The Recipient may only use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of performing job duties during the employment with Total Property Maintenance and Landscaping, which would occur during normal work hours. Exceptions: The Recipient shall not be obligated to maintain the confidentiality of any information that: developed independently without any relation to Total Property Maintenance and Landscaping operations, already public knowledge, or required by law to disclose. *
